How do I save documents on my hard disk?

If you want to process a label design at a later date, you can save the document to your local hard disk. Click the “Save” button once, then again in the new window that pops up. When saving a document to the hard disk, a download file is generated and sent to the local computer for saving (file extension “.lao”). To continue processing, open files saved to your hard disk by clicking the “Load” button on the home page - WARNING: Any changes which have not been saved will be deleted.

How do I print?

Click the “Print” button once, then click on “Save” in the new window that pops up. Adobe Reader then opens automatically – depending on your browser – and you will see the sheet of labels on the screen; this is the ideal opportunity to check whether it corresponds exactly to what you wanted before printing.
You can then print out the sheet of labels in the PDF document in the usual way using Adobe Reader – it’s as simple as that.
To ensure that the label design falls in the right place on the sheet, HERMA LabelAssistant online automatically sets the print parameters in Adobe Reader to “Page scaling = None/actual size”.
Note: The perforated lines on the labels are not shown in the PDF document; otherwise, they would be printed out.
